We typically process orders within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping within the continental U.S. usually takes 3-5 business days to arrive.

What is your return policy for baby products?

We offer a 30-day return policy for unused, unopened items in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, certain feeding and personal care products cannot be returned once the seal is broken.

Are PlaytexBaby products BPA-free?

Yes, the safety of your child is our top priority. All PlaytexBaby bottles, cups, and mealtime products are 100% BPA, PVC, and Phthalate-free.

How can I track my package?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to the carrier's website to monitor your delivery progress.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, we only ship to addresses within the United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our shipping zones in the near future.
